Schooled and raised in Caversham, he had a good grounding in agency-life before founding Bridges in 1993. Now, just as when he started the company, he combines a straight forward approach with local knowledge and property expertise. From initial enquiry and valuation, through to completion of the transaction, Andy has a hands on style. His aim is to run an efficient agency, which people like and trust and above all to 'keep it simple.'

Liana is Bridges dedicated sales progressor and has been an essential member of the team for over 12 years. Once a sale is agreed, she will liaise with clients, solicitors and lenders monitoring and tracking each sale in order to meet exchange and completion deadlines. Liana will ensure that all parties are kept informed at every stage of the process and has the experience to find a resolution to every problem.

With a keen eye for detail, Carley is on hand to offer expert advice from a property refurbishment to a project on a grand scale. Raised in Somerset, Carley has lived in Caversham for many years where she and her husband Carl are bringing up their young family with both her children attending The Heights Primary School.
