We had been thinking about downsizing for a while and after conversations with a few agents we thought we would go ahead with Bridges. Carly came up to view our house, chat through the process and explain the order of events. There was plenty of time to think things through, no pressure to go ahead, just gentle encouragement, which was exactly what we needed, it was an emotional time for us and it took us some time to feel ready to take the plunge.Once the house was live on the market, the Bridges team were communicative and respectful of our preferences regarding viewings, they always gave feedback and had time to chat things through.When the chain was proceedable and solicitors had been appointed, there is a dedicated person to liaise with buyer, seller, other agents and solicitors. There are the inevitable hold ups in the legal process, and it did take longer than we expected , however Liana never lost her cool, she chased up on our behalf at times we felt unable to find the energy and always listened when we needed to let off steam.
